If in the FIRST 15 (FIFETEEN) DAYS OF PURCHASING the product, it is observed that it does not work or presents a defect, it will be exchanged for the same item in perfect working condition and sent with your next order. In the case that we do not have at that moment in stock, you will be reimbursed.

It is imperative that the product be shipped in the original packaging. No item that has been tampered with, broken or used, will be exchanged for hygiene and public health reasons. For the same reasons, lingerie or cosmetics returns are not accepted, save exceptions due to manufacturing defects.
